I et nyere kvarter på Islands Brygge er alle gader opkaldt efter tidligere statsministre. Forfatteren Per Vadmand gik tur derude forleden og opdagede at en af gaderne hedder Jens Otto Kraghs gade. Han kalder det den ultimative fornærmelse, hvilket man vel nok må sige, det er - at opkalde en gade efter en af de vigtigere statsministre i det sidste århundrede, og så stave hans navn forkert.Jeg må konstatere at både www.dgs.dk (billedet) og www.krak.dk har det rigtige navn på kortet. At historien er rigtig nok kan enhver imidlertid erfare ved at google "jens otto kraghs gade".
Den kommer dog ikke op på siden af Lucky Luke nr. 66, hvis førsteudgave vi ser til højre. De har nok koncentreret sig for meget om at stave Mississippi korrekt...

Fantastisk! Altså ikke det med Jens Otto Krag. Det er en skandale ... Men den der Lucky Luke-udgave må være tusinder værd. Selv er vi nogen, der figurerer på en udgivelse fra Hovedland under forkert navn, men lad os ikke trevle op i det ...
Det er faktisk ret utroligt at det kunne lade sig gøre at få den forside gennem alle de led den skal igennem før trykning - uden at nogen undrede sig.
Jeg havde også den tanke da jeg så en valgplakat ved forrige valg hvor en tyrkiskfødt kandidat (vistnok) til byrådet lovede "socialt sikkerhed til alle". Det er en mindre fejl, og man kan sagtens tilgive manden selv. Men hvorfor havde ingen andre reageret?
#navne: Jeg har selv set mindst seks forskellige stavninger af mit efternavn - ud over den korrekte.
Ja, men har du set dit navn maltrakteret på forsiden af en bog, Plowsgård?
Nej nej, vi er slet ikke oppe i de højder, der er højst tale om breve i rudekuverter.
I går - på et forlag i nærheden af mig - faldt vi over en frokost i tale om netop dette Lucky Luke-fænoemen. Der var flere, der havde oplevet at få deres navne stavet forkert uden på tryksager. Skandaløst.

I've as a last resort liked things like sand clocks, lava lamps, and the like to good of rightful dish out time staring at it as a form of catharsis.
